What TrainMade is
TrainMade provides general educational fitness programming — personalized 12-week training plans, exercise selection, progression guidance, and workout logging tools.
What TrainMade is not
TrainMade is not:
- Medical care, medical advice, or a medical diagnosis
- Physical therapy or rehabilitation
- Nutrition therapy or dietetic treatment
- Emergency care
- A substitute for a physician, physical therapist, registered dietitian, or other qualified healthcare professional
Before you start
You should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program, especially if you have or suspect any of the following:
- An injury, chronic pain, or a medical condition
- A cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, or musculoskeletal condition
- Pregnancy or postpartum recovery
- Movement restrictions or a history of surgery
- Symptoms you are unsure about

Training safely

- Rest when you need to. Recovery is part of the program.
When to stop
Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you experience:
- Chest discomfort or pressure
- Faintness, dizziness, or loss of balance
- Severe shortness of breath
- Sharp or unusual pain
- Any other symptom that concerns you
In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

Exercise carries inherent risks. By using TrainMade you acknowledge these risks and agree that you are responsible for your own health and safety while training. Individual results vary. TrainMade does not guarantee any particular fitness, strength, muscle-growth, weight-loss, aesthetic, health, or performance outcome.
