Refund & Digital Delivery Policy

• TrainMade is a digital product. Nothing is physically shipped.
• After Stripe confirms that your payment was successful, your Personalized 12-Week Training Plan is unlocked in your TrainMade account.
• You must use the TrainMade account connected to your purchase to access your plan.
• Payment confirmation is usually immediate, but in some cases it may take a short additional period for the payment network to complete.
• If you have any trouble getting access, please email support@gettrainmade.com. We will first attempt to restore your access.

TrainMade is a personalized digital product. Your complete 12-week program and training tools are delivered immediately after successful payment. Because delivery is instant and the program is generated from your assessment, purchases are final once access has been provided.

• Screenshots, printing, exporting, downloading, or not using the program do not create eligibility for a refund.
• Refunds may be provided for a verified duplicate charge.
• Refunds may be provided when paid access was not delivered and TrainMade support could not resolve the technical issue.
• Refunds will be provided where required by applicable law.
• TrainMade may review exceptional requests individually but does not promise approval.
• To submit a request, contact us through support@gettrainmade.com using the email address associated with your purchase. Include your account email and the date of purchase.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Bank and card-network processing times vary and are outside our control.
• A refund may remove your access to the purchased program.
• Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law.

The TrainMade Personalized 12-Week Training Plan is a one-time $29.99 USD purchase. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and nothing to cancel.
